White Condiment is produced with scented grapes from Emilia Romagna.
They produce a soft and delicate seasoning, suitable for all those who like the taste of Balsamic Vinegar but also want to keep the natural colors of vegetables or other dishes intact. An ideal condiment for daily uses, the white condiment leaves a delicate balance of sweetness and tartness on the tongue.
Pairings: Try it to prepare you salads, to garnish white meats, delicate fishes or to prepare soft marinates.

INGREDIENTS
Concentrated grape must, wine vinegar.
Colour: straw yellow.
Smell: characteristic, intense and delicate, pleasantly acetic.
Taste: sweet, delicate, and balanced taste with a pleasant acidity degree.
GMOs :The product is GMO FREE according to Reg. 1829/2003/CE and Reg. 1830/2003 CE.
Allergens: It contains sulphites in compliance with EU Directives 2003/89/EC and 2006/142.
