Bright gold color with green reflections. Elegance is the hallmark of an intense nose, all centered on citrus tones such as lime and grapefruit with tropical fruits close to guava. The taste is fine, subtle, enveloping and warm, but without losing dynamism, thanks to the well-balanced component of acidity and pleasant sapidity. The finish is very persistent, with harmonic and elegant returns, mineral and savory all connected to each other that evoke the sea and salt.
There are childhood memories that emerge in front of a good glass of wine and like a light wind make you relive very pleasant emotions and sensations.
Our Torrale is a wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, mineral like the salty lake that once bathed the green Umbrian lands, its color recalls the fine sand of the sea.The Umbrian soil, rich in marine fossils, makes our product a priceless treasure.
