The processing method consists of the rigorous selection of the best organic durum wheats, the bronze drawing and slow drying (over twenty hours) at a low temperature to preserve all of the wheat’s nutritional and natural qualities. With this processing method, L’Origine pasta preserves its typical flavour, maintains an absolutely natural consistency and a great permeability to sauces.
