    Colour: straw-yellow with greenish highlights. 

    Aroma: delicate, fruity with notes of white flowers. 

    Palate: refreshing, with extremely fine and persistent perlage and pleasantly aromatic finish. 

    Suggestions for serving: excel- lent as an aperitif, at the table it is ideal for serving with oysters and delicate fish-based starters but also throughout the meal.
