    VINIFICATION

    the grapes are destemmed and the fruit is then crushed. Fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over for a period of about two weeks. Pressing is carried out after fermentation

    6 – 8 months: about 20% in medium toasted french oak tonneaux and the remaining in stainless steel tanks
    6 – 12 months: in bottle
