A pleasantly drinkable sparkling wine with a very pale straw yellow color. Citrus fruits emerge on the nose, with a prevalence of mandarin and orange; white flowers such as jasmine, gardenia and freesia and a reminder of vanilla berries. In the mouth it is velvety, elegant, harmonious and savory with a nice acidity. The perfume returns with a pleasant aromatic note.

Excellent as an aperitif, ideal accompanied with snacks and fresh cheeses. It goes very well with fish appetizers, vegetables, cold cuts and light first courses..
