Arabica coffee grown in Guji, in the region of Oromia, Sidamo, on a fertile soil of volcanic origin mixed with organic soil from the surrounding Ethiopian forests.
The sensory profile reflects the uniqueness of this coffee with a discreet body and a typical acidity of its origin. Floral and citrus scents evolve into notes of fresh fruit and spices with a lingering aftertaste.
