    Campo di Villa – Amarone della Valpolicella

    Neposvillae’s identifying cru. Campo di Villa is a box full of values and feelings, representing the fusion between the historical ideas of Risorgimentoof the founder Giovan Battista Quintarelli and the young overwhelming innovative passion of his Great-grandson Francesco.

     Grapes: Corvina gentile, Corvina grossa, Rondinella e Molinara

    The Press: In February the grapes are removed from the crates, analyzed and then moved to a soft press.

    Fermentation: Wine making in steel with a checked temperature and in contact with the skins for about 40 days.

    Ageing: Before 24 months and then in the bottle 8 months before being put in the market.

    Pairings: Great with meat and ripened cheese.

    Serving temperature: 16 – 18 C°
