My name is Alessandro Sofroni, founder and CEO of Love To Italy Import Florida, LLC and since 2016 I have been dedicated to promoting authentic Italian food and wine excellence in the United States.
Over the years, I have built direct relationships with Italian producers, wineries, chefs, importers, distributors, and hospitality professionals with one clear mission: creating a real bridge between Italy and the American market.
Love To Italy Import was born from my passion for authentic Made in Italy products and from the desire to help small and medium-sized Italian companies enter the U.S. market in a professional, structured, and sustainable way.
Today, our company operates as a direct importer and distributor of premium Italian food, wine, and beer products, with headquarters in Miami, Florida — one of the most strategic international hubs for the hospitality and food & beverage industry.
Being based in Miami allows us to connect with buyers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, specialty stores, and industry professionals throughout Florida and across the United States.
I am also the Owner & CEO of Love To Italy Academy, a company dedicated to promoting Italian culinary culture through masterclasses, professional training programs, experiential events, and educational activities focused on hospitality, Italian cuisine, and the food & beverage industry.
The Academy represents a key strategic element of our project because it allows us not only to import Italian products, but also to create culture, education, experience, and real market demand within the American market.
Our goal is not simply to import products.
