HOW TO PREPARE PIADINA:
Heat one side of your piadina in a preheated pan for 30 seconds. Now, turn it over to the hot side and start stuffing it with all your favourite ingredients. Put the lid on the pan and let simmer for 2 minutes. Once you open the package, remember to put it in the refrigerator to keep the piadapizza fragrant for another 5/6 days. Voilà… that’s it!
