Harvested in mid-september it is pedied with a puff and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
Refined in steel until january followed by clarification and filtration and then continue in the bottle and in march ready for sale.
Color: straw yellow color with greenish reflections
perfume: wide, intense and slightly aromatic, fresh white flowers with hints of fruit
service temperature: 7-8 degrees c
aging capacity: 18/24 months
Dry white wine with a good balance between alcohol and acidity goes well with fish, light appetizers and white meats, also great as an aperitif.
