Description
Municipality of Rovescala. Hilly area called Oltrepo Pavese has always dedicated to the production of red wine grapes.
Red wine obtained from grapes of Croatina in its native varieties (90%) and Barbera (10%).
Cultivation system: Application of Biological integrated by using microbial consortia disciplinary acts to keep the rizzosfera. The harvest, depending on the climatic conditions is carried out from late September to mid-October, particularly mature grapes already reduced and in some cases with a withering on the vine, which has monitored the Polyphenolic maturation and sugar.
Not used sulfites and other allergens of synthesis.
