Description
Thats an Amber beer characterized by a blend of five continental, American malts and hops, finished with a generous amount of local chestnut honey.
It has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color.
The smell is dominated by malty notes and by
chestnut honey, to which light hints of toasted and herbaceous are added at the end. The sip immediately highlights the notes of chestnut honey, never cloying, which makes
soft sip, with a finish in which toasted notes and a discreet bitterness appear,
which leaves a balsamic and spicy aftertaste.
