Colour: dark brown, load and brilliant.
Smell: typical “bouquet”, fragrant, complex still well blended, penetrating and persistent, with clear
but pleasant and harmonic acidity.
Taste: typical of balsamic vinegar, as it has been sanctioned by tradition with unchanged continuity,
sweet and sour, well balanced with marked acidity with a slight aroma derived from the different woods used, full, velvety, intense and persisting, well harmonized with its own typical olfactory features.
